Karanganyar District is one of the regencies in Central Java province with total area of 772.20 km is divided into 17 sub-district 177 village bordering to the north Sragen, Wonogiri and Sukoharjo district in the south, the City and County surakarta Boyolali in west, and East Java province to the west.
