The tomb is located in the Sunan Kalijaga Kadilangu, Demak, Central Java, about 1.5 km from the Great Mosque of Demak toward the southeast. Tomb of Sunan Kalijaga visited by many pilgrims, especially pacia kliwon Friday night. This place is also held on 10 Zulkijah penjamasan Sunan Kalijaga heritage relics.
Sunan Kalijaga Tuban is the son of a duke named Tumenggung Wilatikta or Raden Sahur or Sayyid Ahmad ibn Mansur (Sheikh Subakir). He was a pupil of Sunan Bonang. Sunan Kalijaga using arts and culture as a means to preach, among other leather puppet art and song mysticism. Tembang suluk Ilir-Ilir Pacul Bald and Bald-is generally regarded as his handiwork. In one story, Sunan Kalijaga mentioned was married to Goddess Saroh bint Maulana Ishaq, also married Zainab bint Syarifah Jenar and Sheikh Siti bint Queen King Kano Kadiri Kadiri.
